"The Intimacy of Friendship"

While Contemplating The Life of Our Beloved Lord, we can see Clearly that those of His Inner Circle, His Family, His Disciples and Followers had no Fear in Approaching Jesus with their Concerns, be they Spiritual or even Mundane. In all of their preoccupations, He is always Solicitous for their well being.

Understanding This Great Reality of Our Lord's Generosity and Genuine Interest for the needs of the Individual, I should Expect in my Relationship With Christ, Nothing Less.

My Prayer, Must take on the Quality of a "Loving Conversation" a give and take, so to speak. That is the very Reason The Second Person of The Blessed Trinity Became One of us, so that we can Know and Love Him With The Intimacy that our Humanity Affords.

As there are two sides to every coin, so also one Must keep Both The Divinity and The Humanity of Jesus before their minds eye.

Without His Divinity, The Sacrifice of Our Beloved Lord would be Finite, a mere Moment in Time, and without His Humanity, He would be, Beyond the reach of Mankind.

Thus Both His Divinity And Humanity are Essential, in order for me to Have a True and Meaningful Relationship with Our Beloved Jesus.

Most Loving and Merciful Lord, Instill within my Heart, not only a clear Understanding of These Woundrous Mysteries, but The Ability to Enter INTO them with my whole Heart, so that in all things my Sole purpose in life will be to Fulfill Thy Holy Will with Reason and Common Sense.
